Local Development Planning -  We ensure that the communities/organized groups’ development plans are integrated/represented in Barangays/Municipal Development Plans

Local Enterprise Development and Management - For community-assisted projects, we maximize local resource mobilization for project sustainability by providing them capability-building activities in the formulation of business plans.

Local Investment Planning - In partnerships with LGUs/local communities, we assist in identifying and marketing development portfolios

Human Resource Development and Management - In answering human resources needs and strengthening their capacities, we conduct training needs assessment to identify and discuss the various gaps at the community, institution and individual level that block from moving towards the desired development capacities

Environmental Management - In partnership with national line agencies like DENR we assist communities in the formulation of environmental plans through participatory approach

Natural Resource Management - In project designing and implementation we always give importance in the localization of PA 21 as the basis of   unity towards a holistic approach of development

Fisheries Development/Coastal Resource Management - We assist coastal barangays in Bislig Bay in partnership with LGSP/TOUCH in the formulation of CBRMP and adopted by the city council

Gender Equity and Development - In all projects, we ensure that community leaders project staffs and partners shall undergo gender related trainings, were both men and women have equal responsibilities   and accountabilities

Community Organization/Mobilization - We always give priorities and importance to communities’ self-determination in charting their destiny based on their needs (issue based approach) we provide Technical assistance in formulation of community development plans, information accessing and networking

Local Governance - We assist and facilitate community institution to participate in LGU affairs as enshrined in the LGC, by strengthening CSO’s capabilities to become an active development partners in the delivery of basic services

Feasibility Studies/Business Planning - We assist in identification and development of local resources that will result to local income generation and food security
