The goal of AM FOCAS is to empower communities for the conservation and protection of Agusan Marsh wetland ecosystem;
1. To conserve and rehabilitate critical ecosystems in the Agusan Marsh Wildlife Sanctuary
2. To augment income through sustainable resource-based livelihood
3. To increase awareness and capacitate the community to enhance advocacy for Agusan Marsh conservation
4. To establish access to basic social services
